An Open Letter to Ram Madhav on his “Trust Your Leader” Article
Dear Ram Madhav ji,
I went through your article on “Trust Your Leader” which was your take on the ongoing tussle between Sushma Swaraj vs Core BJP supporters. Here’s mine called “We Trust that’s why They call us BHAKT”
In 2013, I was blocked by Sushma Mam for tweeting to her something like “only option for BJP is to project Modi, and in case if you are thinking that BJP can win by projecting you, you may lose” ; I was unblocked once she became MEA.
I was a fan of her before she did what she did when Modiji’s name was announced, I was particularly impressed by the way she did exemplary issue resolution in minutes for so many Indians stuck on the border of Syria, Egypt and other parts of the world. I still remember how she helped an AIIMS student to get her visa for Australia when she was going through a kidney transparent in AIIMS and asked student to meet her in her hospital bed room with all the document. She was the best MEA for people, almost always, except this one specific incidence, which resulted in so many overnight changes in the rules of passport issuance.
But, you know, Tanvi Seth alias Sadia Anas issue was another story, you can’t justify your act, the rules which now MEA is saying about police verification no more required, marriage certificate can be optional etc are all farce. I myself have faced and so many other friends, we have seen what happens in case of even a single document not available or inaccurate. there are multiple people I know personally who hasn’t received passport because of their current vs permanent address difference, because of name change after marriage, adding spouse name requires a marriage certificate by court etc. Rules were changed overnight about address verification by police to support case of Tanvi Seth.
Ram Madhav’s statement that she wanted to keep Hindu name is stupid. The way she played a victim card and system helped her was really setback for the real sufferers who aren’t getting passport for a spelling mistake, those who pay police commission/bribe for passport.
As far as trusting your leader punchline is considered, we, the core BJP supporters supported MODI JI when even some of senior BJP were against him in 2013. We trusted Modiji when Media abused him for 12 years every day and night.
Those media people who are supporting Sushmaji’s likes tweets are the same people who will go against her if she talks about nationalism, India First, Surgical Strike, Doklam Stand-off etc ; they are the same people who is talking that Sushma Swaraj is building a case that if BJP is in range of 200, she can be a PM. They want Modi to lose at any cost. They are Lutyens Gang.
For them, she is a pawn to attack BJP SM volunteers who work for free, taking out the time from their personal and professional life, do you know why sir?
Because their belief is at the top leadership, they know that he loves his Bharat Maa so much that he hasn’t keep even his Maa along with him in his PM house. We adore him and there are many guys like me who loves him immensely for his unabashed love for the nation.
I remember I have given thousands of feedback to Modi ji , to other leaders, no one reacted, in the way, mam has, I mean think how much likes Modi ji has to do if he starts like abuses. Feedback and social media sometimes results in these petty things and why so much importance to abusers, but then you are blocking those tireless SM volunteers who loves BJP because of its core values & honest leadership. Can’s we question the govt? you are taking pride in blocking? Isn’t it too amateur? Imagine how many top ministers of the world follows you? What do you think, they will assess about you & the govt? what image you want to have for our govt by either linking those abuser’s tweets or blocking some sane voices?
I still remember how most of core BJP SM supporters went berserk when news of alliance of NCP came with BJP in MH assembly election after split with Shiv Sena.
Had it not been trust, we can’t be called as BHAKT, Bhakti is the highest form of trust. But we know, even Sushmaji didn’t trust Modiji in 2013. We trusted then. We trust Now. We will always trust Modiji. We trust BJP’s core ideologies too, but we trust Modi ji more because of his dedication & determination, because he is the one who takes all constructive or abusive feedbacks and convert even those into opportunities. To gain the Trust, you must be like him. We can decide whom to Trust, you can’t dictate us. It’s not Maa-bete ki Sarkar, anymore. Leadership is more about followers, not just about individual leaders?
